RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour shifts Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Days during the week will vary depending on unit needs - block schedule not available
• Take late stays based on unit requirements
• Work with thoracic/vascular team in 1000+ bed hospital
• Must have thoracic/vascular experience - required for this position
• Must be proficient in endovascular cases for both circulating and scrubbing roles
• Must have scrub experience and be able to scrub
• Work in 56-bed OR (inpatient and outpatient) with 5 procedural rooms
• Level 1 trauma center environment
• Minimum 2 years OR experience required
• Prior travel experience required
• Handle all case types including neuro, trauma, general, ortho, GYN, urology, ENT, plastics, cardiothoracic, vascular, transplant (liver, renal, pancreas), robotic, hybrid rooms (cysto, bronch, and lead extraction), ambulatory ortho, burn, and hepatic-biliary
• Adult patient population only - no pediatrics
• May float between OR units but not locations
• Tennessee or compact state nursing license required
• BLS certification required
• Interview and manager offer process required
