Opportunity:

RN - PCU Stepdown

Job Details:

• Contract duration: 10-13 weeks
• Work in the IMCU/PCU/Stepdown unit
• Patient ratio of 1:4 in a 27-monitor, 29-bed unit
• Assume responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Provide unit-level patient care supervision
• Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care delegation
• Support high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care standards
• Maintain clinical staff competency
• Manage patient care resources appropriately
• Any solid color scrubs acceptable
• Employee parking lot available
• Required to clock in and out for timekeeping
