Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Deliver direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process in all assigned areas
• Assess patients upon admission using appropriate interview techniques to obtain past medical history, current medical status, vital signs, lab work, x-rays and other diagnostic tests
• Plan and implement written care plans under physician direction
• Perform standard assessments using basic equipment
• Administer medications with proper visual acuity and hand-eye coordination
• Maintain patient confidentiality and communicate verbally and in writing
• Meet patient safety standards and job analysis requirements
• Interact positively with team members and patients
• Respect patient's culture, lifestyle, religion and age when planning or implementing care
• Accept constructive criticism and channel emotional reactions positively
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Active NH RN License required or eligible to obtain
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Clinical experience preferred
• Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid
• Local candidates accepted but will receive $10/hr lower local rate

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
