Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Job Details:

• Work as a Licensed California Radiologic Technologist under general supervision of Manager of Diagnostic Imaging
• Perform imaging examinations in all modalities with proficiency including radiology and CT
• Provide care appropriate to patients of all ages based on physical, psychosocial, educational and safety criteria
• Demonstrate knowledge of positioning patients for optimal results and consistently produce quality images
• Perform duties with minimal supervision in a small rural hospital setting
• Ability to work under adverse conditions and react quickly in emergency situations
• Maintain proper documentation, records and files for all modalities
• Assist with answering phones and patient scheduling
• Monitor equipment and report any suspected problems or malfunctions
• Remain flexible with staffing patterns including holidays, weekends, and call time
• Share call and work schedule equally within department as assigned
• Graduate of Accredited Radiology Program with Associate of Science Degree required
• Current California Certified Radiologic Technologist Licensure (CRT) required
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) preferred
• Two years experience in Acute Care setting preferred
• Experience in at least two modalities required
• BLS Certification required
• Must maintain strict patient confidentiality and comply with all federal and state regulations
