RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Handle a wide spectrum of medical conditions, maladies, and injuries in the emergency department
• Multi-task efficiently while providing premium patient care
• Assess and treat patients quickly, especially during acute illness or trauma onset
• Supervise staff on the acute care floor and provide guidance
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
• 2 years of Emergency Room Nurse experience required
• Current California nursing license in good standing required
• ACLS, PALS, and CPR certifications mandatory
• TNCC certification required within one year of hire date
• Above-average interpersonal, problem-solving, and written/oral communication skills required
• Must demonstrate ability to work collaboratively at all organizational levels
• Must maintain confidentiality, show respect for all staff members, and be accountable for work output
