Opportunity:
CT Technologist - CT Tech
Job Details:
• Work 3x12-hour night shifts Friday through Sunday from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM at Main Campus
• Daily caseload of 6 patients per hour
• No on-call responsibilities required
• Floating to other buildings may be required within scope of practice
• Floating to sister facilities required
• Must have 1 year of experience preferred or 6 months Level 1 trauma experience required
• First-time travelers accepted if they have previous experience
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT RT (R) (CT), and SCRQSA (R) (CT)
• Siemens experience and Level 1 Trauma experience required
• Agency must supply radiation badge - facility does not provide radiation badges to travelers
• South Carolina license required in hand at time of start
• Epic charting system experience required
• Scrub color: Teal top and black bottom
• 40 hours of orientation required
• Guaranteed hours with facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• Work with patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Daily census of 130 patients with 3 CT rooms available
• Experience with various CT procedures including trauma, cardiac, interventional radiology, biopsies, and drainage procedures
• Hurricane season assignment to emergency response teams may be required from June through November

This is a prestigious teaching hospital with Magnet designation and Level 1 Trauma and Comprehensive Stroke Center status. The facility features 865 staffed beds and operates state-of-the-art CT equipment including Siemens Force x2, Go.Top, and Definition AS systems. The hospital provides comprehensive care including routine studies, outpatient services, cardiac procedures, and interventional radiology services, making it an excellent environment for CT technologists to expand their skills and experience.

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
