Opportunity:
MRI Tech - MRI Tech
Job Details:
• Work Monday through Friday schedule with Friday as part of regular schedule
• On-call requirement: 1 or 2 nights per week from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM and every 5th weekend (Saturday/Sunday - 24 hours)
• No floating required between units
• 80 hours of orientation provided
• Work with patients of all age groups: neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Daily census of approximately 30 patients
• Work in 2-room MRI department
• Use Centricity charting system
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT (R) (MR)
• Minimum 2 years of MRI experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Philips MRI experience preferred
• Work with special equipment including Philips scanners
• Skills include adult acute care, adult outpatient, various imaging procedures including abdomen, breast, chest, brain, spine, and advanced techniques
• PA license not required
• Must complete labs within 48 hours of signing
• PA fingerprints required and may require travel time

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
