Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend requirement
• Patient ratios of 1:5 to 1:7 for Med Surg patients
• Float to Med Surg units as needed
• Must have New York license in hand before submission - no exceptions
• Must have worked in acute care setting within the past 6 months
• Must be proficient in EPIC charting system
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Previous charge experience required
• Travel experience required
• No first-time US assignments accepted
• Must live more than 75 miles from facility
• BLS certification required
• 12 hours of orientation provided
• Scrub colors: any combination of navy and white
• Care for adults and geriatric patients
• Skills include blood product administration, central line care, feeding tube management, heparin protocols, telemetry monitoring, wound care, and tracheostomy care
• Work with complex care patients including medicine, ortho overflow, and complex long-term patients
