Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work days, evenings, nights, and weekends
• Coordinate and produce quality computerized tomography (CT) studies and assist in CT guided procedures
• Perform venipuncture and medication administration with focus on safety and effectiveness
• Work with patients of all ages including neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations
• Operate sophisticated imaging and ancillary equipment to produce quality CT procedures
• Demonstrate proficiency with PACS to transmit, archive, and retrieve digital images
• Accurately document care in electronic health record (EHR)
• Assess patients prior to studies to ensure safety and cooperation
• Provide patient education and answer questions before CT examinations
• 40 hours of orientation required
• 2 years of experience required for submission
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
• Epic experience preferred
• Required certifications: ARRT-Radiography, ARRT-CT, CRT, IV Certification, BLS (AHA), Radiology Fluoroscopy within 180 days
• Must have valid state license at time of submission
• 50 mile travel requirement applies
• Previous acute care facility experience preferred
