Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work 5x8 hour evening shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• Weekend coverage required when covering for weekend staff vacation
• 8 hours of orientation provided
• Patient ratio of 5 during day shifts
• ARRT R certification required, ARRT CT certification preferred
• BLS certification required
• State license required
• Experience with HMS/PACS for documentation required
• MedHost charting system experience preferred
• GE equipment and PACS experience required
• Perform CT scans on patients of all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Handle various CT procedures including abdomen, chest, head, pelvis scans with and without contrast
• Experience with 3D rendering, multiplanar reconstruction, and vascular CTA procedures
• Work in emergency department, ICU, trauma levels I and II settings
• Maintain radiation safety protocols and isolation precautions
• Prepare and administer contrast media as needed
