Opportunity:
RN - ER
Job Details:
• Minimum 2 years of emergency room experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC (must be willing to obtain if offered)
• Additional certifications: NIHSS, NRP
• Cerner charting system experience preferred
• Must be willing to work some holidays
• January start date preferred
• Care for patients of all age groups: neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Work in 42-bed emergency department with daily census of 200
• Handle diverse emergency conditions including trauma, medical emergencies, psychiatric holds, and procedural sedation
• Skills include: IV management, central line care, chest tube management, intubation, dysrhythmia interpretation, triage, and emergency medication administration
• Interdisciplinary support available from respiratory services, social services, pharmacy, and unit secretary
• Must complete on-site drug screen with comprehensive panel testing
• Documentation due 3 business days prior to start date
• Pending license accepted with submission but must be active before start
• Local candidates within 50-mile radius not accepted

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
