Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (option to request 4x12 for approval)
• Float position - floating to different units is required as this is an overhire float unit
• Weekend coverage required
• Must have minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• New York state nursing license must be in hand to submit
• Must live more than 75 mile radius from facility
• BLS certification required
• EPIC charting system experience is a hard requirement
• First time travelers accepted
• Skills required include interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, isolation precautions, nasal cannula, non-invasive airway management, oxygen administration, peripheral line care/management, and use of rapid response/code teams
• Two pre-approved time off periods allowed
• Required to complete pre-start modules (up to 10 hours total, first 5 hours billable)
• Background check reviewed on case-by-case basis
