Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work overnight shifts Monday to Friday from Midnight to 8:30 AM with 30-minute lunch break
• First 2 weeks require training schedule Tuesday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, then transition to regular overnight schedule
• Handle up to 20 patients daily in low-volume, steady-paced orthopedic imaging setting
• Work independently due to very low volume on overnight shift
• Perform orthopedic exams in exam room settings or via portable equipment
• Serve patients of all ages: pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Work with both inpatients and outpatients in specialty orthopedic hospital setting
• May rotate across multiple departments within hospital or private sector location
• Required to lift, push, pull, or move patients and equipment exceeding 150 pounds with or without assistive devices
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT CT & R, DOHNYS, IV Certification (mandatory)
• Experience with Siemens equipment preferred
• Must perform X-rays including extremities, spine/pelvis, head, chest/thorax, musculoskeletal procedures
• CT procedures include abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, brain perfusion, CTAs, multiplanar reconstruction
• Epic experience preferred but not required
• Dress code: Charcoal grey scrubs
• New York state license required in hand at time of application
