Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week contract length
• Patient ratios range from 1:5 to 1:7
• Every other weekend requirement
• Must be available to work every other holiday if needed
• EPIC charting experience required
• Charge experience is required
• Must have worked in acute care within the past 6 months
• 1 year of experience required
• Active New York Single State RN license required (NY is not Compact)
• BLS certification required
• Required to float within skillset
• Scrub color: Any combination of navy blue and white
• Clinical skills required: cardiac monitoring and emergency response, dysrhythmia interpretation/management, Rapid Response/Code team activation, IV therapy/phlebotomy, peripheral line care/management, nasal cannula and oxygen administration/tanks, non-invasive airway management, isolation precautions
• MS/Tele Unit will be assigned at time of offer
• Call off policy allows up to three shifts during contract period without charges
• Must submit RTO/block and special scheduling requests upon submission

This is a 528-bed acute care teaching facility that is Magnet-recognized and certified as an Advanced Thrombectomy Capable Stroke Center. The hospital is affiliated with Cleveland Clinic and Roswell Park, offering specialized services through multiple institutes including the Sands-Constellation Heart Institute, Lipson Cancer Institute, Neuroscience Institute, Pediatric & Young Adult Emergency Center, Twig Birthing Center, and advanced surgical programs including vascular, thoracic, and surgical oncology.
