Opportunity:
RN - Stepdown
Job Details:
• Position assigned to ED unit, specifically caring for inpatient/CICU Level holds in Emergency Department
• 2 years of experience required with strong PCU background within the last year
• ED experience preferred but not required
• First-time travelers accepted with EPIC experience and 2 years experience
• Every other weekend requirement
• Required certifications: ACLS, BCLS, EKG test on arrival
• Manage and titrate cardiac drips including Lasix, Heparin, Cardizem, Amiodarone, Nitroglycerin, Integrillin, Labatolol, Dopamine, and Dobutamine
• Care for patients with chest pain, syncope, heart failure, sepsis, overdose, GI bleed, COPD, and pneumonia
• Handle medical, surgical, trauma, oncology, and orthopedic overflow patients
• Provide post-catheterization care with stent placement, ICD/Pacer insertion care, and cardioversion procedures
• Work with specialized equipment including BiPAP, CPAP, Vapotherm, Alaris Pumps, and Phillips Monitoring System
• EPIC charting system experience preferred
• Valid New Hampshire state license required
• Drug screen must be obtained within 14 days of start date

Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
