Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Patient ratio of 1:6-7
• Every other weekend requirement with holiday rotation
• No on-call responsibilities
• May float to other med/surg units as needed
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• South Carolina license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start
• BLS certification required
• Royal blue scrubs required
• Epic charting system
• Free parking provided
• 24 hours of orientation
• Care for adult and geriatric patients with renal and COVID diagnoses
• Daily census of 36 patients in 36 rooms
• Skills include use of rapid response/code teams, renal failure management, and starting/maintaining IVs
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks (guaranteed hours policy)
• During hurricane season (June-November), may be assigned to emergency response teams
• 4 hours of non-billable modules completed pre-start
