Opportunity:

Job Details:

• Work 10-hour shifts with various start times
• Weekend coverage required
• Accountable for assessment, coordination, delivery and evaluation of nursing care in acute patient setting
• Deliver holistic and individualized care to all patients in assigned area
• Develop, implement, and coordinate comprehensive care plans incorporating psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors
• Foster collaborative relationships between patients, families, physicians, and healthcare providers
• Provide direct patient care and patient/family education
• Minimum 2 years operating room experience required
• Previous charge experience required
• 5 years total nursing experience required
• Travel experience required
• Scrub experience required
• Experience with orthopedics, vascular, and robotic surgery required
• Epic charting system experience required
• Community hospital experience required
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS, California RN licensure
• Preferred certifications: CNOR, PALS, TNCC
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
• 8-hour orientation required
• Work with patients across age groups: adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• 10-room operating suite environment
