Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work 4x9 hour shifts: Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 2:30 PM to Midnight with 30-minute lunch break
• First 2 weeks of training: Tuesday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Dual-modality role performing both CT scans and X-rays
• Handle daily caseload of up to 20 patients across all age groups (pediatrics, adolescents, adults, geriatrics)
• Perform orthopedic exams in exam room settings or via portable equipment
• Work with inpatient and outpatient populations
• May rotate across multiple departments within hospital or private sector location
• Must have experience operating Siemens equipment
• Required certifications: ARRT R, ARRT CT, NYS License, IV Certification, BLS
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, or move patients and equipment in excess of 150 pounds
• 2 years of experience required
• Epic charting system preferred
• Dress code: Charcoal grey scrubs
• Perform X-ray procedures including extremities, spine/pelvis, head, chest/thorax, and musculoskeletal imaging
• CT procedures include abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, brain perfusion, CTAs, and multiplanar reconstruction

The hospital maintains state-of-the-art equipment including Siemens imaging technology and provides comprehensive orthopedic imaging services for patients of all ages requiring specialized musculoskeletal care.

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
