Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work Tuesday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Must be willing to take call two weekends per month
• Required to work if holiday falls on scheduled workday
• 24 hours of orientation required
• Float to other units as needed
• 1 year of CT experience required
• Must have NY state license in hand to submit
• EPIC charting experience is a hard requirement
• Required certifications: ARRT R, BLS
• Skills include adult acute care, adult outpatient, various CT equipment (GE, PACS, Philips, Siemens, Toshiba)
• Perform CT scans of abdomen, pelvis, chest, head with and without contrast
• Handle isolation precautions/PPE, contrast media preparation and administration
• Start peripheral IVs
• Perform cervical, lumbar, and musculoskeletal trauma imaging
• Work with all patient age groups: neonates through geriatrics
• Preferred experience with Philips equipment and procedures including drains and biopsies
• Scrubs provided or wear personal preference
• Pre-approved time off allowed (one week maximum)
• Modules completed pre-start with up to 5 billable hours
