Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 hour rotating day/night shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week assignment with every other weekend required
• Must be able to handle 1:5 to 1:7 patient ratio for Med Surg
• Floating is required between units
• Work on high volume units caring for CHF patients, acute MIs, post device care (pacemakers), and patients with arrhythmias
• Care for general surgery patients including colon rectal, ostomies, plastic and cosmetic center patients, breast procedures and reconstruction surgeries
• Must have New York license in hand - no exceptions
• EPIC charting experience is required
• BLS certification required, ACLS preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Must live more than 75 miles from facility
• Scrub color: Any combination of navy and white
• Skills required: MS/Tele, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, use of Rapid Response/Code teams, blood product administration, peripheral line care/management, oxygen administration, wound care/wound vac
• Pre-start modules required (up to 5 billable hours)
