Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:

• Work 5x8 schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Wednesday 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (40 hours guaranteed)
• Every other holiday required
• No on-call or weekend responsibilities
• Must successfully pass the Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with minimum 80% overall score and 100% on lethal rhythms
• Required certifications: ARRT-R, ACLS, BLS, and fluoro permit
• Maryland license required
• 2 years of experience required
• Travel experience required
• IR experience required
• Scrubbing for IR, vascular, and pain procedures is mandatory
• Proficiency in operating the Philips Azurion C-arm and portable C-arm required
• Handle interventional procedures including tunneled catheter placements, embolizations, drain placements, suprapubic catheter placements, PEG tube placements
• Perform pain management procedures including epidural blocks and radiofrequency ablations
• Conduct vascular procedures including angiograms, thrombectomies, fistulograms, and IVC filter placements
• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations
• Charting system experience required (Cerner)
• Must be available to travel to different areas (CT, X-ray, bedside) with the team for cases
