Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• Weekend rotation required with shifts scheduled in 4-week blocks
• Shifts may consist of 5 eight-hour days, 4 ten-hour days, or 3 twelve-hour days
• No call requirements and no holiday coverage
• Primarily CT position with ability to assist with general X-ray as needed
• Must have 2 years of experience and community hospital experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Must be located more than 50 miles from facility (locals not accepted)
• Required certifications: ARRT R, BLS, NY License
• EPIC charting experience is a hard requirement
• Must complete pre-start modules (up to 5 billable hours)
• Skills required: Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, Emergency Department, PACS, CT scans of abdomen, pelvis, chest, head with/without contrast, contrast administration, vascular CTA, cervical, lumbar, musculoskeletal trauma, thoracic, ICU
• Preferred X-ray experience: Extremities, Abdomen/GI, Spine/Pelvis, Head, Chest/Thorax, Musculoskeletal
• Serve patients of all ages from newborn to geriatric
• Float requirements apply

This healthcare facility operates a busy general radiology department providing comprehensive imaging services for inpatient exams, emergency department cases, and outpatient scheduled/walk-in appointments. The facility features a Level III Trauma center serving the entire county and provides 24/7 coverage. The radiology department is equipped with modern CT and X-ray technology and serves patients across all age groups from neonates to geriatrics, handling a diverse range of imaging needs including trauma cases.
