Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available
Opportunity:
CT Technologist - CT Tech
Job Details:
• Work overnight shifts from midnight to 8:30 AM, Monday through Friday with 30-minute lunch break
• First 2 weeks will be day shift for training, then transition to regular overnight schedule
• Handle up to 20 patients per shift in low-volume, steady-paced orthopedic imaging setting
• Work independently due to very low patient volume on overnight shift
• Perform orthopedic exams in exam room settings and via portable equipment
• Serve pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations
• Work with both inpatients and outpatients
• May rotate across multiple departments within the hospital or private sector location
• Perform X-ray procedures including extremities, spine/pelvis, head, chest/thorax, musculoskeletal imaging
• Conduct CT procedures including abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, brain perfusion, CTAs, and multiplanar reconstruction
• Must be proficient with portable equipment and Siemens equipment (preferred)
• Required to lift, push, pull, or move patients and equipment in excess of 150 pounds
• Required certifications: ARRT CT & R, NYS License, BLS, IV Certification (mandatory), DOHNYS
• Epic experience preferred but not required
• Dress code: Charcoal grey scrubs
• 2 years minimum experience required
• First-time travelers accepted

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
