Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work 4x9 hour shifts from 2:30 PM to Midnight Wednesday through Saturday (with 30-minute lunch)
• First 2 weeks require Tuesday to Friday training from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Dual-modality role performing both CT scans and X-rays
• Handle daily caseload of up to 20 patients across all age groups (pediatrics, adolescents, adults, geriatrics)
• Perform orthopedic exams in exam room settings and via portable equipment
• Work with inpatient and outpatient populations
• May rotate across multiple departments within the hospital or private sector location
• Must have experience operating Siemens equipment
• Required to lift, push, pull, or move patients and equipment in excess of 150 pounds
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT R, ARRT CT, NYS License, and IV Certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Must wear charcoal grey scrubs
• X-ray procedures include extremities, spine/pelvis, head, chest/thorax, musculoskeletal
• CT procedures include abdomen, pelvis, head/neck, chest, spine, musculoskeletal, brain perfusion, CTAs, multiplanar reconstruction
