CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work Monday-Thursday nights, 4 x 10 hour shifts from 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• No on-call requirements, with voluntary call-back opportunities available
• Perform routine and specialized computerized tomography procedures to produce quality diagnostic images
• Work independently with trauma patients and perform stroke protocol including CTA Head and Perfusion studies
• Exercise sound clinical judgment and developed skills to execute safe and precise procedures
• Provide competent patient assessment and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Work with patients of all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Operate in a 3-room CT department within a 419-bed facility with daily census of 300 patients
• Required certifications: BLS, CA CRT, CA Fluoro Certification, ARRT R
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Trauma Level II experience preferred
• 40-hour orientation period required
• Complete non-billable e-learning modules during orientation
