Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work 3x12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM with holiday rotation
• On-call rotation required with staff
• Float within scope to meet facility needs and to sister facilities as needed
• Daily caseload varies per shift and location
• 1 year experience preferable or 6 months Level 1 trauma experience required
• First-timers accepted if they have previous experience
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT RT (R) (CT) and SCRQSA (R) (CT)
• Siemens experience and Level 1 Trauma experience required
• Must have South Carolina license in hand at time of start
• Agency must supply radiation badge - facility does not provide to travelers
• Guaranteed hours with facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• 40 hours of orientation required
• Work with patient age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Perform various CT procedures including trauma, cardiac, vascular, and interventional radiology
• Experience with Siemens Force x2, Go.Top and Definition AS equipment
• Scrub color requirement: Teal top and black bottom
• Epic charting system experience required
• Parking pass required - $20 one-time payment for nights and weekends

Facility:

This is a large teaching hospital with Magnet designation operating as a Level 1 Trauma and Comprehensive Stroke Center. The facility features 865 staffed beds and serves as a major medical center providing comprehensive emergency, trauma, and specialized care services. The CT department operates with 3 rooms and handles a daily census of approximately 130 patients, including routine studies, outpatients, cardiac cases, and interventional radiology procedures.
