Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 13-week assignment with no floating requirements
• No on-call responsibilities
• Work with Philips CT Scanner equipment
• 2 years of experience required
• Required certifications: ARRT (CT), ARRT (R), and BLS
• Must wear charcoal grey scrubs
• 12 hours of orientation provided
• First time travelers accepted
• Use Centricity RIS-IC charting system
• Work with patients of all age groups: adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• Perform various CT procedures including abdomen studies, chest imaging, head scans, vascular studies, and trauma imaging
• Handle contrast media preparation and administration
• Start peripheral IVs as needed
• Follow radiation safety protocols and isolation precautions
• Pass/Fail exam required for clinical clearance with 3 attempts maximum
• Complete compliance requirements including PA fingerprints and labs within 48 hours of signing
• Valid state license required at time of submission
