Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

MRI Tech

Job Details:

• Monday through Friday schedule with Friday only weekend requirement
• On-call required 1-2 nights per week from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM
• On-call every 5th weekend (Saturday/Sunday - 24 hours)
• 80 hours of orientation required
• Work with 2 MRI rooms and daily census of 30 patients
• Serve patients of all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• 2 years of MRI experience required
• Level I trauma experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• BLS certification required
• ARRT (R) (MR) certification required
• PA license not required
• Philips MRI experience preferred
• No floating required
• Use Centricity charting system
• Work with Philips scanners
• Must complete labs within 48 hours of signing
• PA fingerprints required
• Pass/Fail exam required with maximum of 3 attempts
• Complete modules during orientation (first 8 hours non-billable)
