Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 hour shifts Wednesday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Holiday rotation required
• On-call rotation with staff
• Float within scope to meet facility needs and rotate through all buildings when needed
• Daily caseload varies per shift and location
• Work with patients ranging from adolescents to geriatrics
• Operate in 3 CT rooms with daily census of approximately 130
• 1 year experience preferable or 6 months Level 1 trauma experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT RT (R) (CT) and SCRQSA (R) (CT)
• Siemens experience and Level 1 Trauma experience required
• Must have South Carolina license in hand at time of start
• Agency must supply radiation badge - facility does not provide to travelers
• 40 hours of orientation required
• Scrub color: Teal top and black bottom
• Use Epic charting system
• Perform various CT procedures including adult outpatient, emergency department, Level I trauma, abdominal, chest, head, vascular studies, and interventional radiology procedures
• Experience with biopsies and drainage procedures preferred
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks as guaranteed hours policy
• Complete approximately 4 hours of non-billable modules pre-start

The facility operates state-of-the-art CT equipment including Siemens Force x2, Go.Top and Definition AS systems. The hospital provides comprehensive services ranging from routine outpatient studies to complex trauma cases, cardiac procedures, and interventional radiology. As a teaching institution, it maintains high standards for patient care while serving as a training ground for healthcare professionals.
