Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• This position is a dual role combining X-Ray AND CT Tech responsibilities
• 2 years minimum experience required
• First time travelers accepted
• Must have New York state license in hand to submit
• Required certifications: ARRT, BLS, NY State License, IV certification required on NY license
• ARRT Advanced Certification preferred
• Work setting experience required: Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, Emergency Department
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Portable X-ray experience required
• EPIC charting system experience is a hard requirement
• Must perform X-ray procedures including extremities, abdomen/GI, spine/pelvis, head, chest/thorax, musculoskeletal
• CT procedures include routine head, chest, abdomen/pelvis, with CTAs of head/carotid and PE studies
• Primarily serve ED and inpatient populations on weekends with some outpatient exams during the day
• Must be comfortable with all patient age groups: adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, geriatrics
• Floating required between departments
• Any scrub color acceptable
• Candidates within 75 miles of facility not accepted
• Up to 5 billable hours for pre-start modules completion

The hospital maintains current equipment including Siemens technology and utilizes EPIC charting systems for patient documentation and care coordination.
