CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• This is a dual role position combining X-Ray and CT Tech responsibilities
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• First time travelers accepted
• Must have experience in Adult Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, and Emergency Department settings
• Community Hospital experience preferred
• Portable experience required
• Must be proficient in X-ray procedures including extremities, abdomen/GI, spine/pelvis, head, chest/thorax, musculoskeletal, lower and upper extremities
• Will perform basic X-ray exams such as chest, abdomen, and extremities
• CT exams include routine head, chest, abdomen/pelvis, with CTAs of head/carotid and PE studies
• Primary patient population includes ED and inpatients over weekends with some outpatient exams during the day
• Must work with patients of all age groups including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Floating to different areas required
• Epic charting experience is a hard requirement
• Required certifications: ARRT R, BLS, NY State License, ARRT Advanced Cert preferred
• IV certification required on NY license
• Any scrub color permitted
• Must complete pre-start modules (up to 5 billable hours)
