Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available
Opportunity:
CT Technologist - CT Tech
Job Details:
• Work 3x12 hour shifts, Sunday through Tuesday from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Daily caseload of 6 patients per hour with approximately 60 exams per day
• On-call rotation required with staff
• Floating required to sister facilities and rotating through all buildings when needed
• Holiday rotation required
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• 40 hours of orientation required
• Must have 1 year experience (preferable) or 6 months Level 1 trauma experience
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT RT (R) (CT), SCRQSA (R) (CT), and SC license
• Siemens experience and Level 1 Trauma experience required
• Agency must supply radiation badge - facility does not provide badges to travelers
• Must work with patients of all ages: adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Scrub color requirement: Teal top and black bottom
• Epic charting system experience required
• Parking requires one-time $20 payment for nights and weekends
• Hurricane season emergency response team assignment possible June through November
• 60-mile radius rule applies with locals considered at reduced rate
• Must have SC license in hand at time of start

This is a Magnet-designated teaching hospital and Level 1 Trauma center with 865 total staffed beds. The facility specializes in cardiac care with approximately 75% of cases being cardiac exams, along with routine studies, stroke patients, and interventional radiology procedures. The CT department operates 3 rooms and utilizes advanced Siemens equipment including Force, Alpha, and X.CITE systems. The hospital maintains high standards for patient care and offers comprehensive emergency and specialty services.

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
