Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Ultrasound Tech - Ultrasound Tech

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Thursday schedule with no call responsibilities
• May float to South campus as needed
• Provide ultrasound services for patients of all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Perform general, obstetrics, and vascular ultrasound procedures
• Handle 1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester obstetric scans
• Conduct various studies including aorta, appendix, arterial mapping, carotid, doppler studies, duplex, gallbladder, GE, pancreas imaging
• Work in multiple departments including Emergency Department, ICU, and NICU
• Perform portable ultrasound examinations when needed
• Utilize PACS system for image management
• Must be graduate from accredited diagnostic medical sonography program or US Tech program
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• General, OB and vascular experience strongly preferred
• Required certifications: ARDMS, ARDMS AB, ARDMS RVT
• Travel experience highly preferred
• Call required if scheduled
• Float required if needed
