Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Interventional Radiology

Job Details:

• Work first shift with staggered start times between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM for 8-hour days, Monday through Friday
• Call requirements include rotating primary call (approximately every 4 weeks) and backup call (approximately 7 days every 9 weeks)
• Weekend coverage required during call rotation with weekends scheduled every 5th-6th weekend
• Daily caseload of 13-17 cases
• Handle all interventional radiology procedures including stents, angioplasty, angiograms, nephrograms, kyphoplasty, peripherals, biopsies, drainages, upper and lower extremity procedures, abdominal and pelvic studies, genitourinary studies, vascular studies, venous access, and neurological studies
• Required skills in both neuro procedures (including stroke intervention) and body procedures
• Minimum 1 year of experience required with travel experience mandatory - first-time travelers not accepted
• Must have experience with Siemens and Phillips x-ray equipment, contrast procedures, PACS, and scrub procedures
• Required certifications: BLS and ARRT (ARRT Advanced Certification preferred)
• Epic and McKesson charting system experience preferred
• Hospital orientation required during first week with mandatory daily class attendance
• Scrubs provided by facility
• Must complete lab testing and compliance requirements within 48 hours of signing
• Cannot work more than 5 days in a row or more than 60 hours per week per fatigue policy
