Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Variable shift schedule to fill holes in the schedule, including Friday-Saturday nights and 3 alternate days
• Required certifications: ARRT-CT, CRT, RHF-Radiology Fluoroscopy, Venipuncture Certification
• Must have 2 years of experience required for submission
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Valid state license required at time of submission
• All certifications must be AHA and in hand at time of submittal
• Perform routine and specialized computerized tomography procedures to produce quality images
• Operate complex stationary and mobile diagnostic equipment
• Work independently with sound judgment and developed clinical skills
• Complete routine and priority tasks within established departmental time frames
• Prepare for and assist physicians during CT diagnostic and invasive procedures
• Educate patients on procedures, medications, and contrast media
• Perform general clerical tasks including answering phones and updating patient records
• Maintain equipment calibration and quality control documentation
• Implement radiation protection devices and ALARA safety standards
• Maintain clean and safe working environment
• Complete mandatory continuing education requirements
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
• 7-year work history verification required
• Orientation includes non-billable modules averaging 1-5 hours
