RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - PCU

Job Details:

• Work 84 hours biweekly with 72 hour guarantee on alternating 36/48 hour schedule
• Must be agreeable to floating between PCU and Med Surg units
• Weekend coverage required as needed, which may include most weekends during contract
• Block scheduling may be accommodated but set schedules cannot be approved
• Patient ratios: 5:1 during days, 6:1 during nights
• 36 hours of orientation required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required with travel experience strongly preferred
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Epic charting system experience strongly preferred
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Flu vaccine required with medical/religious exemptions only
• Must complete needed lab items within 72 hours of accepting offer
• License must be in-hand before start date
• Care for adult and geriatric patients with MS/PCU overflow diagnoses
• Skills include telemetry monitoring, cardiac drip management, wound care, IV management, and various specialized procedures
• 50-mile local radius restriction applies
• Hard document deadline is 3 business days prior to start
