Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Electrophysiology Technologist - EP Tech Radiology Cardiology

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM) or 4x10 day shifts (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
• Two days per week of late case coverage required
• No on-call or weekend requirements
• No floating requirement
• 1 year EP Lab clinical experience required
• First-time travelers accepted with required EP experience
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, CCI RCES/RCIS
• Preferred certifications: ARRT, Fluoro permit
• Must be proficient with Cerner charting system
• Experience required with electrophysiology lab, hemodynamic monitoring, ablations, EKG settings
• Must have experience with inpatient/outpatient care, obtaining vitals, sinus node rhythms
• Equipment experience required: Philips X-Ray machine/Siemens X-ray machine, GE Micropacer
• Preferred equipment experience: 3D mapping Biosense, 3D mapping Abbott/ESI, various ultrasound systems, laser lead machine
• Handle average daily caseload of 18 cases
• Perform cardiac electrophysiology studies, cardioversion, device implants/explants, various ablation procedures
• Care for adult and geriatric patients
• 20 hours of orientation provided
• Scrubs provided by facility
• Must complete facility-specific modules within one week of contract signing
