Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available
Opportunity:
Radiology / Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech
Job Details:
• Work 4x10 hour day shifts with guaranteed 40 hours per work week
• On-call required: 10-12 call shifts per month with 30-minute response time
• Call duration is 12-14 hours beginning at completion of shift, or 5pm if not working that day
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Must have strong experience with intervention and performing STEMI procedures
• Must be comfortable using EP devices
• Required certifications: ARRT(R), ACLS, BLS
• Must work 1 winter holiday and 2 out of 3 major holidays
• 20 hours of orientation provided
• Floating required within hospital or to affiliate hospitals nearby
• Perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures
• Handle hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac stent placement, and pacemaker insertion
• Experience preferred with ablations, peripherals, upper and lower extremity procedures
• Work with specialized equipment including Siemens X-Ray System
• Maintain sterile field and assist with life-threatening arrhythmia recognition
• 2 catheterization lab rooms available

The facility operates with 194 staffed beds and utilizes Cerner charting systems. The organization provides specialized cardiac care including interventional procedures, electrophysiology services, and emergency cardiac interventions, maintaining high standards for patient care and clinical outcomes.

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
