Opportunity:

RN - CCU

Job Details:

• Work in a 20-bed Critical Care Unit with 1:2 patient ratio
• Function independently under general guidance of the Director
• Follow guidelines, protocols, and policies specific to the unit
• Utilize time management, communication, planning, delegating, and problem solving skills
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and maintain emotional stability in emergency settings
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
• 8 hours of non-billable orientation
• Overtime and holiday multipliers at 1.25%
• Personal scrubs of any color required
• Must have own vehicle for transportation
• 2 years current Critical Care experience required
• Experience with ventilators, ICP monitoring, and hemodynamic monitoring required
• IV qualifications required
• Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred
• Active TNCC, PEARS, and PALS certifications preferred
• BSN preferred
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA)
• Massachusetts RN license required
• Skills checklist and supervisory reference from past two years required
• Maximum 5 days of requested time off accepted (must be noted at submission)
