RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work in a 20-bed Critical Care Unit with 1:2 patient ratio
• Must be willing to float to PCU as needed
• Block scheduling is not available for this position
• Weekend and holiday coverage required as needed
• Personal scrubs of any color required for dress code
• 8 hours of non-billable orientation provided
• 2 years current Critical Care experience required
• Experience with ventilator management, ICP monitoring, and hemodynamic monitoring required
• Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred
• Must have own vehicle (firm requirement)
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NIHSS
• Massachusetts RN license required
• Skills checklist for Critical Care (current within 1 year) required
• One supervisory signed reference from within past two years required
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) preferred
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• All time off requests must be noted at upload (maximum 5 days accepted)
• Agency must provide Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License
