Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Prepare patients for exams, explain procedures, ensure comfort, and take medical histories
• Monitor patients during CT scans to ensure safety and comfort
• Set up and operate CT scanners with proper equipment maneuvering
• Adjust technical parameters for optimal image quality
• Administer contrast dye intravenously or orally to highlight specific body areas
• Follow strict radiation safety protocols including use of shielding devices
• Work closely with radiologists to confirm images are satisfactory
• Assist in emergency situations including trauma cases
• 2 years of CT Tech experience required
• ARRT certification required
• No on-call responsibilities
