Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work 4x10-hour shifts Thursday through Sunday (subject to change based on vacation/sick days)
• On-call responsibilities 3-5 shifts per month
• Every weekend schedule required
• 18 months of CT experience required
• Experience in a Level 1 Trauma facility required
• Must have experience with Canon Aquilion Prime, Toshiba Aquilian One and Aquilion 1 Genesis equipment
• Required certifications: ARRT (CT), California Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license, BLS (AHA), Venipuncture Certificate
• All certifications must be current at time of submission
• CT skills checklist current within the past year required
• One supervisory reference from the past year of employment required
• Must live 30+ miles from facility location
• Operate two CT units including a 64-slice CT scanner with bariatric table for patients up to 660 pounds
• Perform 3D imaging and coronary screenings on patients with chest pain
• Work with board certified radiologists and registered certified technologists

This healthcare facility operates a comprehensive medical imaging department with state-of-the-art equipment and technology. The facility features two advanced CT units including a 64-slice CT scanner with bariatric capabilities and 3D imaging stations. The medical imaging department maintains American College of Radiology accreditation in multiple modalities including CT, mammography, nuclear medicine, MRI, and ultrasound, and is staffed exclusively by board-certified radiologists and registered certified technologists across all imaging specialties.
