Opportunity:

Cath Lab Technologist - Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:

• Work primarily day shifts with some late night (evening) requirements and on-call responsibilities
• Full-time position with 10-hour shifts
• Prepare procedure rooms and sterile fields for surgical procedures
• Set up sterile supplies, instruments, and equipment for cardiac procedures
• Operate equipment and maintain sterile instruments during procedures
• Function in multiple roles including scrub, circulator, and documenter/monitor
• Assist with invasive cardiac procedures including right heart and left heart hemodynamics
• Support cardiac interventions, CTO, PCI, pericardiocentesis, and vascular interventions
• Work with advanced equipment including RotoPro, LVADs, AngioVac, and FlowTriever
• Provide mechanical circulatory support with ECMO, Impella, IABP, and ProtekDuo
• Assist with structural heart procedures including TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman, CardioMEMS, PFO, ASD, VSD, and valvuloplasty
• Must have 2 years of Cath Lab Tech experience
• Required certifications: RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) through CCI or ARRT, BLS, ACLS
• Must be a Radiologic Technologist (RCIS) or meet NYS requirements to be grandfathered into Public Health law 2824
• Critical care or cardiac experience required
• Strong organizational skills essential
