Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Orthopedic

Job Details:

• Work 36 or 48 hours per week with rotating shift schedules covering days, evenings, and nights
• Float between units as needed and work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts based on unit needs
• May be required to take charge responsibilities per unit needs
• Provide care for patients with orthopedic trauma, spinal surgery, and other elective orthopedic surgical diagnoses
• Must have orthopedic experience and telemetry experience
• Telemetry interpretation skills required
• Required certifications: BLS (American Heart Association ONLY) and ACLS
• New York RN license required (ONLY NY licenses accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
• Level 1 trauma facility experience preferred
• Must demonstrate excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work as a team player in an enthusiastic and collaborative environment
