Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work rotating day/evening/night shift schedules
• Weekend and holiday coverage required
• On-call and callback responsibilities as needed
• Charge nurse duties per unit needs
• Care for adult and pediatric patients recovering from brain injuries including oncologic surgery, falls, strokes, and motor vehicle injuries
• Work in a brand new, state-of-the-art unit
• Provide clinical and emotional encouragement to patients and their families
• Help patients regain independence and learn new skills
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Two years of nursing experience required
• New York RN license required (NY licenses only accepted)
• Telemetry experience required
• Recent pediatric experience required
• Required certifications: BLS (American Heart Association only), PALS or PEARs, ACLS (AHA only)
