Opportunity:

SMH Level 4 RN OR - SMH : L4RN : OR RN

Job Details:

• Work rotating shifts (Days/Evenings/Nights) with on-call and callback responsibilities
• Float between units based on facility needs
• Work holidays and weekends as required per unit schedule
• Must be able to scrub and circulate in operating room procedures
• Two years of operating room experience required, with Level 1 trauma experience preferred
• Care for patients undergoing various surgical specialties including orthopedics, general surgery, plastics, urology, cardiac, neuro, vascular, ophthalmic, GYN, ENT, thoracic, oral-maxillofacial, and trauma procedures
• Work with advanced surgical equipment including 2 Davinci robots used across multiple services
• Support transplant procedures involving livers, kidneys, and hearts
• Required certifications: NY state RN license ONLY, BLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
• Preferred certification: ACLS
• Preferred surgical experience includes specialty cases (transplants, plastics, reconstructive), craniotomy procedures, and strong orthopedic background
