RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work rotating day/evening/night shifts as needed
• Holiday, on-call, callback, and weekend coverage required
• Care for medical/surgical boarder patients within the Emergency Department
• Maintain 1:5 patient ratio with assistive personnel support
• Treat diverse patient population with wide variety of diagnoses
• No Emergency Department experience required
• 2 years of medical/surgical experience required
• Telemetry experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS
• NIHSS certification preferred but not required
• New York State RN license required (only NY licenses accepted)
• Work in fast-paced environment managing high patient volume
