RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Neurology

Job Details:

• Work rotating shift schedules including days, evenings, and nights
• Weekend and holiday coverage required
• On-call and callback responsibilities as needed
• Charge nurse responsibilities per unit needs
• Up to 48 hours per week at regular time rate
• Care for patients with stroke, epilepsy, Multiple Sclerosis, Guillain Barre Syndrome and other neurological conditions
• Work in fast-paced environment on specialized neurological unit
• Utilize state-of-the-art continuous video EEG technology in Level 4 Epilepsy Monitoring Unit
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary specialty team for patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment
• Two years of nursing experience required
• Telemetry experience required
• New York RN license required (NY licenses only accepted)
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association only)
• NIHSS certification highly preferred
