RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - ICU Neuro

Job Details:

• Work in a Medical/Surgical Intensive Care Unit specializing in critically ill neuro patients
• D/E/N rotation schedule with holidays, on-call, and callback responsibilities
• Charge duties per unit needs
• Care for patients with traumatic brain injury, aneurysm, status epilepticus, stroke, and other critical neurologic pathologies
• Work in a brand new state-of-the-art 12-bed ICU
• Provide high degree of specialized nursing and medical care
• Two years RN experience with ICU acute care experience required
• Telemetry experience required
• Must demonstrate strong critical thinking, communication and organizational skills
• Must maintain current knowledge of critical care practices
• NY RN License required (NY License ONLY)
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association ONLY)
• ACLS certification required (American Heart Association ONLY)
