RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Med Surg Orthopedic

Job Details:

• Work night shifts at Medical Center of Aurora
• Float to all inpatient Med/Tele and Rehabilitation units
• Patient ratios typically 1:5 on days and nights, varies between units
• Work with large cardiac population across 2 telemetry floors and PCU
• Use Meditech EMR system
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Must have strong telemetry experience with minimum 2 years required
• Chemo certification preferred for potential oncology unit scheduling
• Must demonstrate flexibility and willingness to float between units
• Team player attitude and compassion essential
• Work with varied medical issues including both acute and chronic conditions
• Perform various procedures depending on unit assignment
• Great learning opportunity to expand clinical skills across multiple specialties
